About
As a therapist, my goal is to create a safe, non-judgmental, and comfortable environment for my clients using a relational Gestalt approach. My specialties include: eating disorders, trauma, EMDR, mood disorders, depression and anxiety, family therapy, complex trauma and dissociative disorders. I am a Certified Eating Disorder Specialist and Supervisor (CEDS-S), a Certified EMDR Therapist, as well as an EMDR Consultant. I am pursuing certification as a Gestalt therapist and an EFT therapist.
